Jocelyn Benavidez discovered she enjoyed leadership while working as a salon manager.
She is taking her passion to a new level by preparing for a human resources career through leadership degree programs at 快播.
Jocelyn, from Waterford, Michigan, said she connected with Trine鈥檚 online Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership (BSOL) program after seeing the course list.
She also enjoyed the opportunity Trine offered to earn credit toward a Master of Science in organizational leadership (MSOL) while completing her bachelor鈥檚 program, which she finished last year.
鈥淚 was able to complete half of my master's courses by the time I graduated with my BSOL,鈥 she said. 鈥淥f course, I now must complete my graduate degree!鈥
She had many 鈥淎ha!鈥 moments through the BSOL program and was able to take what she learned and apply it right away, both professionally and personally.
鈥淚 honestly just enjoyed the whole program. I was intrigued by what I was learning and had interest in the topics,鈥 she commented. 鈥淭his made it enjoyable.鈥
Once she completes her last two courses for the MSOL, she plans to seek Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and/or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and begin working as a human resources director.
鈥(Trine鈥檚) program gives you all the tools and resources to be a great leader,鈥 she said. 鈥淚f you鈥檙e someone who is ready to really learn and absorb the amazing information it has to offer, then the program is perfect. The courses online with online textbooks were a huge bonus as well.鈥
