Matching Gifts

Many employers offer matching gift programs that equal charitable contributions made by their employees. To find out if your employer has a matching gift policy, please enter your company's name in the search tool below:

If your company has a matching gift program, by clicking the Search Box, you will be directed to information regarding your company鈥檚 program. You may be able to access forms directly through the search or find instructions for matching your gift online. By completing and sending the form to 快播 or following the instructions for online matching, you will increase the value of your gift.

If your company has a matching gift program and you wish to participate, you can do so by doing the following:

- Obtain a form from your Human Resource or Benefits Department and return the completed signed form to: 快播 Office of University Advancement at 1 University Ave., Angola, IN 46703.

We will provide you with a receipt explaining your donation, which can be provided to your company, proving that the gift was made.

Submit your matching gift request online through your company鈥檚 website or by phone. When you make your request, let our office know so we can apply the proper credit.

Please note that matching gifts are applied toward the same area as the donor鈥檚 personal gift, unless company policy dictates otherwise. Company matching gift policies vary; consult your company鈥檚 policy for specific details.
